‘Mirrors of Light’ the piano music of Rosemary Duxbury
Swiss concert pianist Patricia Siffert celebrates the music of contemporary British composer Rosemary Duxbury. The recital includes the new piano sonata “Mirrors of Light” and a world premiere of “Prayer”.

‘If you go down to the Cathedral today,
You’re in for a big surprise….’
Monk bears, bishop bear, king bear, Paddington, Pooh and friends are all coming to the Cathedral to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Bring your teddy and join in the fun. Follow our free special teddy trail and spot the bears in the Cathedral. Teddy themed crafts in the chapter house:
Make a teddy sandwich, collage bears, stained glass bears and much more
Fun for all the family and teddies of all ages!

A display of the best entries from the Cathedral’s Big Picture competition.
2 – 8 June: A FUNDRAISING ART EXHIBITION OF MEMORIES
‘Art for Alzheimer’s Sake’
Art donated by professional, amateur and novice artists, people with dementia, students and children. All artwork will be available to the public by pledged donations.
