David Shepherd at Nature in Art
7 - 10 June
It is with great pleasure that Nature in Art are again able to show a selection of original paintings (mostly but not exclusively of wildlife) by David Shepherd, to offer the opportunity for people to meet him and find out more about the pioneering work that the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) undertakes.
The DSWF is a highly effective charity that since 1984 has funded key projects in Africa and Asia to the tune of more than £5m all working to save critically endangered mannels in the wild. A further £1m has been invested in education and advocacy.
This is a great opportunity to see a variety of finished works by probably Britain's best-known wildlife artist.
David will be available during the day on Saturday 9th June to meet visitors. On 9th and 10th June DSWF staff will be on hand to meet visitors, and a broad range of David Shepherd merchandise, books etc will be available too.
