Summer School at The Everyman
23 - 27 July & 30 July - 3 August
The Summer School, aimed at 11 – 18year olds, is a two week-long programme of dancing, singing and acting, led by industry professionals, culminating in a performance on the Everyman main stage for parents and family.
Louise Partridge, Head of Education at the Everyman Theatre says: “This is not only a great opportunity to experience a professional theatre environment but also a chance to gain a bronze or silver Arts Award.”
This national qualification encourages young people to develop their skills as artists and arts leaders. It is a personal learning programme, which assesses both arts-related and transferable skills, encouraging creativity, as well as effective communication, planning and teamwork skills.
There will be a final free performance for friends and family at 6.30pm on Friday
