On 19 August 1899, Howard Blackburn arrived in Gloucester, England having sailed solo across the Atlantic. A remarkable feat as 15 years earlier he had lost his fingers through frostbite. This is his tale…

Mad Jack and the Severn Bore
This is the exciting story of Colonel John Fleming Churchill – Commando, Longbowman, Prison Camp Escapee, Surfer and Bagpipe Player.
Both plays are written and performed by John Bassett.
