Winner of the 2013 Photography Competition
Well it's taken a while we must admit, as tracking down the winner was a bit of situation - but we're finally there!
Yet again we had a wonderful selection of entries into the Explore Gloucestershire at its Best Photography Competition 2013, but it was down to competition sponsors Stagecoach West to pick the winner. An atmospheric image of a rainbow over Cleeve Hill just outside Cheltenham was the winning photo selected by Nathan Griffith-Williams, Marketing Manager and his team at Stagecoach West.
The photograph was taken by Miss Ashley Rood from Bishops Cleeve near Cheltenham. Ashley will receive a cheque for £250 from Stagecoach West, and a canvas print of her photo courtesy of The Bigger Printing Company based in Cheltenham.
Second place was of a church just outside Stonehouse by Peter Cudro from Plymouth, who picks up a cheque from Stagecoach West for £50. Thrid place was won by Robert Wolsternholme from Stroud with a photo overlooking Rodborough - Robert wins £25 coutesy of Stagecoach West.
