NEW Web Cam in Gloucester
New for 2008 on Explore Gloucestershire is the Gloucester Web Cam.
Situated on the top of the tower of the Fire Station at Eastern Avenue in Gloucester we have been told by the Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service (who have kindly given us permission to use the webcam) that the camera has the capability of rotating 360°, although for now the webcam is aimed towards the city centre.
At present (this may change though), Gloucester Cathedral can just about be seen in the distance and Gloucestershire Royal Hospital is very visible. Depending on the weather visibilty could be enhanced and you maybe able to see more - take a look for yourself and visit the Gloucester Web Cam.
