Southlands Bed & Breakfast

Southlands is an extensive, traditional property set within large pretty gardens on the edge of picturesque Bourton-on-the-Water, in the heart of the North Cotswolds.

We are a non-smoking establishment and provide bed and breakfast/evening meal accommodation, in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We have 5 en-suite rooms and one with its own bathroom. All have colour televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a TV lounge and of course the beautiful gardens for the use of all our residents.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 8.30 in our spacious dining room, with a choice of the more traditional Full English or the refreshing Continental breakfasts, with a Vegetarian option.

Southlands Cottage

Also within the grounds and separate from the main house, is a comfortable, self catering, fully furnished, three bedroomed cottage.

Open all year and available for holiday lets, short breaks and weekends.

The cottage is suitable for people with limited mobility as it has two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom.

A non-smoking accommodation, this cosy cottage sleeps five adults and is fully furnished and equipped with central heating, television and video. All linen is supplied.

As guests of Southlands, the picturesque and relaxing garden is open for you to enjoy and a small, well behaved pet.

There is parking for two cars, use of a wheelchair and transport by prior arrangement.

There is also the option of purchasing meals from the main house.
