Terms and conditions for Photography Competition 2007

Terms & Conditions

1. NO MORE than three photographs per entrant.

2. Photographs must be your own.

3. Photographs must not contain any illegal or inappropriate material.

4. The photographs may be used by Explore Gloucestershire, Gloucester Tourism, Cheltenham Tourism and Tewkesbury Tourism in any form of media and the photographers accreditation/details published when used.

5. The prize of the competition may be subject to change.

6. Your details WILL NOT be passed onto any third party organisation or business but may be used by Explore Gloucestershire in our monthly eNewsletters to inform you of the best events happening in Gloucestershire and other competitions.

7. Closing date of competition: Thursday 20 January 2011.

8. The winner will be notified by email in February 2011.

9. No family or friends of Explore Gloucestershire, Gloucester Tourism, Cheltenham Tourism, Tewkesbury Tourism or Cotswold Weddings may enter.

On receipt of your first edition you will then have the choice to unsubscribe if you feel - but you'll find it very useful for planning your visit or day out in Gloucestershire at some point in the future.
