‘Run the Rainbow’ for Longfield Hospice

Start the day in your brightest whites and prepare to turn into a human kaleidoscope at Longfield Community Hospice’s Run the Rainbow at a new venue for 2024 – Frampton Court.
Whether you choose to run, walk, dance, hop or skip the 5k route, you can be sure this will be an event you won’t want to miss.
The fun starts straight away with some top tunes and a fun warm-up. With an explosion of colour to get you in the mood before setting off on the course.
Take on a different station at every kilometre. Be it frothy foam, a riot of powder paint, inflatable obstacles or music zones to keep you energized along the way, it’s certainly going to be colourful!
And the party doesn’t finish at the end of the 5k. With refreshments, music and the chance to purchase even more colour pouches for you and your friends and family to enjoy your own colour throwing explosion, you’ll have some amazing memories and great photo opportunities too!
Longfield is a local hospice covering Gloucestershire with a range of free services. It has been supporting adults with a life limiting condition , their family and loved ones for over 35 years
