Birdland & Jurassic Journey now open

From Monday 12 April 2021

Birdland Park & Gardens is now open with online tickets now available to book. 

  • Bookable arrival timeslots
  • No discount vouchers etc. valid at this time
  • No talks, Encounter or Discovery Zones and play area closed
  • The Café will be offering a takeaway service
  • Season Ticket holders do not need to book online - just show your pass at the admisssions desk

Located in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, Birdland is home to more than 500 birds, ranging from the England’s only breeding colony of king penguins and awesome birds of prey to parrots, cassowaries and cranes in a mix of free-flying and aviary displays.

The Jurassic Journey

Calling all Dinosaur Hunters, Fossil Fanatics and Potential Palaeontologists - travel back to when dinosaurs roamed the Cotswolds, more than 65 million years ago and embark on a fascinating expedition discovering life-size dinosaurs.

Track Brachiosaurus, Spinosaurus, Postosuchus, Velociraptors in the Jurassic Journey trail. Explorers will be armed with special dinosaur tracker kits, and will venture in to a Jurassic-themed landscape which is home to more than 30 different dinosaurs ranging from a metre-long baby stegosaurus to a 5 metre tall brachiosaurus.

The Jurassic Journey is perfect for all the family to have fun and learn about our prehistoric past.
