Nature in Art at Wallsworth Hall is the world's first museum and art gallery dedicated to art inspired by nature. They run creative art courses throughout the year.
Sketching Spring Landscapes with Pen and Wash is a two-day course designed for artists of all levels. Participants will learn to capture the beauty of spring through the combination of fine ink lines and delicate watercolour washes. The course covers sketching trees, flowers, and buildings in a spring landscape using waterproof pen marks, and adding vibrancy with watercolour, focusing on light, shadow, and texture. The course encourages creativity while providing practical skills in a relaxed, inspiring setting, making it ideal for beginners and those with some experience in the mediums.
All materials will be supplied at a charge of £30 (cash), paid on the day.
