While every effort is made to ensure the list of participating businesses is accurate, there may be instances where a transaction isn’t successful. The most common reason for this is if the purchase exceeds the value of the card. If that happens, there is no need to worry! The cashier can process two transactions: one for the value of the card and another for the remaining balance.
Recipients can easily check their card balance using the QR code on the back. It is recommended to confirm with restaurants when booking or on arrival to ensure a smooth experience, avoiding any embarrassment at the time of payment.
