At this year's Cotswold Show, Rob Rees, The Cotswold Chef, and his team will be sharing their passion for cookery with hands-on practical cookery lessons for children. And all in aid of his charity, The Wiggly Worm.

The Cotswold Show takes place on 6th and 7th July at Cirencester Park and it will be running separate sessions for different age groups so that everyone can have a go. The sessions are FREE but need to be booked in advance by emailing info@cotswoldshow.co.uk. What's more, if you book a session for your child they will receive a free entry ticket to the Cotswold Show itself!

Session timings for children:

  • 10.30am - 11.30aam - Ages 12 - 16
  • 12.00pm - 12.45pm - Ages 8 - 11
  • 1.45pm - 2.30pm - Ages 8 - 11
  • 3.30pm - 4.30pm - Ages 12 – 16

Parents will not miss out either as Rob will be running his popular demonstrations on both days at 1pm and 2.45pm.

The Wiggly Worm is the charity established by Rob Rees MBE - The Cotswold Chef. It uses food to inspire and change people's lives and Rob and his team are real experts in getting people cooking. Visit www.thewigglyworm.org.uk for more information or follow tweets @thecotswoldchef.

We are delighted to work with Whole Foods Market to deliver 1000 kids into the kitchen this year in Gloucestershire.
