The Beach is back at Taurus Crafts
Summer has arrived at Taurus Crafts in Sea-side style!
With a large sandy area Taurus Crafts have created their own beach for the summer. Complemented by a giant seascape mural, the beach will provide fun filled opportunities to get the seaside feel – you can eat ice creams, make sand castles, see the Punch and Judy show or meet Arnie Kazam, the magician.
In addition to the traditional fun of the beach, sandcastle building, beach games and too much ice cream, there are some great events planned, including Family Beach Party (August 1), Food Market and Beach BBQ (August 9th), Evening Antiques Market (August 16th), and Craft Markets, the last Saturday of each month.
Beach themed activities will run alongside their traditional craft activities. You can paint, glue and nail to make seaweady wigs, beach in a box, seaside frames, beacomber mirrors and more. Or you can stretch you crafty muscles and have a go at stone carving and make a pot, jewelery, brooches, pizza and more. There is a choice of creative activities every day of the week. And there is something for everyone with 15 independent shops and a café on site.
