Wedding Fayre in Picturesque Setting

Sudeley Castle Wedding Fair

A local landmark and historic family home is throwing open its doors to brides- and grooms-to-be to help them plan their big day.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Sudeley Castle & Gardens, the Wedding Fayre will take place with free entry on Sunday 16th November from 10am-4pm.

From caterers to florists, bands to cake makers and cars to photographers, a host of exhibitors will be happy to help provide an abundance of inspiration for those planning their special day, whatever stage they’re at.

Guests will be able to enjoy wine and canapés at lunchtime courtesy of catering supplier Wesley House, as well as wander round the beautiful award-winning gardens and ruins that make Sudeley stand out as a venue.

Sudeley’s wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to offer tips and advice, and will be offering private tours of the castle and chapel.

Described as ‘the most romantic Castle in England’, Sudeley is a truly unique venue, with a rich history and over 1200 acres of grounds – the perfect backdrop to the big day.
Entry and parking is free to all and tickets and private tours can be reserved by calling 01242 609 489 or by emailing debbie.hillyard@sudeley.org.uk.

Located only eight miles from the picturesque Broadway, Sudeley Castle & Gardens is the only private castle in England to have a queen buried within the grounds. The last of Henry VIII’s six wives, Katherine Parr lived and died in the castle, where she still remains today entombed in a beautiful restored 15th Century church found within the award-winning gardens.

Other highlights include a unique Katherine Parr exhibition, which allows guests to view personal items of the queen including rare copies of original books she wrote.

An owlery, pheasantry, adventure playground with picnic area, gift shop and café in the old medieval banqueting hall complete the perfect day out.
