One more month - October swimming at Sandford Parks Lido
Due to public requests, Sandford Parks Lido in Cheltenham are looking to 'crowd fund' one more month of swimming for the month of October. The popular open air pool usually closes in September but with enough support they hope to remain open for one more month with the option to perhaps extend the season in the future.
To help the Lido just pledge your name for an Adult month pass (£32). Adult concession passes (£22) are also available for full-time students, the unemployed, over 60's and registered disabled.
Pool opening times from 7 October up to and including the 1 November in the main pool would be in operation on the following days and times:
Wednesday 7.00am – 9.00am and 12.30 – 18.00
Thursday 12.30 – 18.00
Friday 7.00am – 9.00am and 12.30 – 18.00
Saturday and Sunday 10.30am – 15.30
N.B. After 25 October operational hours will reduce to 17.00pm on weekdays.
This is an adult only event.
This is an all or nothing campaign - if it does not reach its target all money will be returned to backers. Once the target has been reached all proceeds will be sent to Sandford Park Lido and you will be able to redeem your one month swimming pass from them.
