Stagecoach West launches new fleet for Service 94

On Friday 18 November, Stagecoach West officially launches its £3million new fleet of Service 94 Gold buses at a public event in Cheltenham Promenade.

To celebrate Stagecoach West is having a 'Party in the Prom', giving out Golden Tickets to people in the High Street and Promenade which gives them a free spin on the Stagecoach Spinner. Every spin is guaranteed to win a prize ranging from a Stagecoach Dayrider ticket to Monthly Megarider tickets to having use of one of the new buses for a day!

With one of the brand new buses on display – showing off free wifi and usb charging points as well as a plush new interior - everyone is welcome to hop on board and get a first look at the service that will go into operation on Saturday 19 November. The new fleet are fitted with the latest generation ‘Euro 6’ engines which will mean a substantial reduction in harmful emissions.

Street performers, games & competitions, mini buses for children to play on and giveaways plus a few extra surprises thrown in for good measure – Stagecoach West is painting the town Gold, why not pop on down to The Promenade in Cheltenham and see for yourself!

Rupert Cox, Managing Director for Stagecoach West said, "These buses really are amazing. The leather seats are really comfortable and feature great legroom. The added creature comforts such as free WIFI and USB charging points mean that you can make use of your time on the bus whether relaxing on the internet or catching up on emails".
