New Year Makeover at Cheltenham Park Hotel Fitness & Leisure Club
This week the Cheltenham Park Hotel Health Club re-opened with a re-refurbished gym complete with state-of-the-art equipment. The SportsArts gym equipment not only looks smart it IS smart. The cardio gym kit is fully interactive with large touchscreen displays with easy-to-use functions. We tried the cross trainer and on-screen entertainment meant we could not only watch TV but with Bluetooth headphones capability we were actually in a reality setting running along the sidewalk of a marina somewhere in America. Apparently the running and cycling apparatus also include this cutting edge technology. Running through a virtual forest isn't quite the same as the real thing but at least you won't get muddy!
If you are into weights then there is an extensive range of slick kit. Our personal trainer ‘Ash’ will be introducing us to this next time.
The Health Club also boasts a 15 meter swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and spa offering a wide selection of beauty treatments.
