Gloucester Guildhall is starting the year off with a fantastic selection of films. Make sure you grab your tickets so you can see the latest and greatest films!


Lost in Paris (12A)
Fiona (Fiona Gordon), a small town Canadian librarian, receives a letter of distress from her 88-year-old Aunt Martha (Emmanuelle Riva) living in Paris. Fiona hops on the first plane only to discover that Martha has disappeared. What follows is a hilarious tale of pratfalls, masterfully choreographed tomfoolery all set against the beautiful background of Paris.

Menashe (U)
In the centre of New York's ultra-orthodox Hasidic Jewish community, Menashe is struggling through life in the aftermath of his wife's death. Tradition requires that his son be raised in a house with a mother, but Menashe's rabbi allows him to keep Rieven at home with him for a week giving him a chance to prove himself a suitable man of faith and fatherhood, and restore respect among his doubters.

Captain Blocker (Christian Bale) is a an habitually ruthless oppressor of the Native American peoples, who has been order to accompany dying Cheyenne Chief Yellow Hawk (Wes Studi to his homeland on the Valley of the Bears. On the way, the party comes across Rosalie (Rosamund Pike), a pioneer woman whose entire family has been brutally slaughtered by Commanches and Blocker takes it upon himself to be her protector and lead her to safety.
