BRAND NEW: Axe Throwing Venue hits Gloucester
Axe throwing has taken America and Europe by storm and you can find out why at Axe Play, a new and exciting tourist attraction which is now open in Gloucester.
Located at JDR Karting and Activity Centre you can learn how to throw axes at wooden targets. It’s a bit similar to archery, but with axes, and the aim is to get nearest to the bullseye. What a satisfying experience when competing against friends and work colleagues. It’s a great but unusual activity for a date night too. Who says romance is dead?
Never fear though full safety instructions are given by the instructors to ensure a safe and fun experience.
You can enjoy an Axe Throwing session whatever the weather in an indoor heated venue. There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years and sessions start at 40 minutes.
It is also a great team building event and perfect for corporate or club events with exclusive hire and food available.
