Puzzlewood are 'Good to Go"
Puzzlewood in the Forest of Dean are delighted to announce that 'We're Good To Go' and are now open.
They have been busy putting procedures in place and hope that the changes they've made mean you'll be reassured that you can still have a great socially distanced visit to the magical woods.
Online booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Weekends are getting booked up well in advance but mid-week is quieter.
What to expect: In the woods there is a “Keep Left and Walk On” one-way system designed to discourage backtracking and bumping into people behind. If everyone keeps moving forward there’s plenty of opportunity to go around again so you can re-explore every Roman nook and iron ore cranny. Puzzlewood want you to be able to escape into and relax in the magical ancient woodland after all while protecting yourselves and those around you.
Food and drink: The cafe is takeaway only and there are plenty of benches and a large picnic area to sit outside and enjoy your lunch. There's some delicious ice-cream in the cafe which is currently going down a treat with the visiting kids (and adults).
