Open Days at Woodchester Mansion
Woodchester Mansion have changed the format of their Open Days following the Covid-19 pandemic and all tickets are timed and must be booked in advance.
The Mansion is airy and spacious, but to ensure that it does not become crowded, 4 tickets are allocated in 15 minute intervals on weekends from September between 11am - 3:30pm. If you require more than 4 tickets, please book tickets from the next time slot, and email to say that you will arrive together at the earlier time.
Children under 16 are free, you do not need to obtain tickets for them, but please email so they know how many people are visiting. Adult concessionary admission is temporarily suspended.
Face coverings must be worn during the visit. Tours will be self guided, you will be provided with a leaflet and plan and there is interpretation material throughout the Mansion. The guidebook costs £5 (payment by card only please). Friendly volunteers will be on hand to help you to enjoy your visit and they will be allowing up to 90mins for your visit.
Woodchester Mansion is located in a rural location with no mobile phone reception. Car parking is 3/4 mile from the house and at present the minibus is not available. The access track is not made-up and in places floors in the Mansion are uneven so please wear appropriate shoes.
