NEW Craft Weekend Event in Lechlade this Autumn

Jolly Super Things Jennie Turner-Maskell

Jolly Super Weekends in Lechlade

Crafters in the Cotswolds are in for a jolly super treat this autumn with the launch of weekend-long crafting events in Lechlade.

Jolly Super Things offer fun and fabulous craft workshops showcasing several tutors across a two- or three-day event, with the option to try just one craft, or more.
Taking place at Lechlade Memorial Hall, the first event will be held over the weekend of 15th and 16th October, with workshops in Amigurumi Crochet, Textural Crochet, Enamelling and a giant Craft De-Stash & Vintage Rummage Sale.

The following month, an exciting 3-day event takes place from 18th to 20th November with workshops including Kumihimo Braiding, Macramé, Crochet Baskets, a Christmas Needle Felting project, children’s workshops and more.  The weekend will tie in with the popular Crafty Boaters Christmas Market, all taking place at Lechlade Memorial Hall.

A Christmas workshop day in Buscot on 26th November will include Lino Printing and clever hand-drawn garland designs for Christmas cards.  Further events include craft retreats in the Midlands from this September.

Jolly Super Things owner Jennie Turner-Maskell is former co-founder of Lechlade Craft Barn and founder of Lechlade Festival.  She can be seen teaching and presenting at craft events around the UK and is a member of the Supercraft Team, teaching crafts on selected cruise lines.   Jennie offers workshops in Mosaic Making and a variety of crafts at her home in Lechlade and to private groups.

All events can be seen on the newly launched website and Facebook links below
