New Season at Howlers Comedy Club

New Season at Howlers Comedy Club

Howlers Comedy Club is all set to return with a brand new season jam packed with some of the most exciting names in stand-up comedy.

You may recognise many of the acts this autumn from appearances on shows such as 'Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow', 'Mock The Week', 'The Best Of The Fest' and so on.

Howlers at the Hall kicks off again on Wednesday 29th September with the return of John Robins after receiving rave reviews at this year's Edinburgh festival. The first show will be headlined by the brilliant Carey Marx who appears for the first time at The Pillar Room and we're very excited to have him.

If you are looking for weekend comedy, Howlers return to The Pavilion at The Royal oak in Prestbury on Friday 1st October with a very special double headliner billing including David Morgan, Michael Fabbri and  Simon Evans.  Simon Evans is a veteran of sell-out shows – the Edinburgh Festival, Montreal’s Just for Laughs (headlining the Brit-Com package show and appearing in the world famous Gala to great acclaim) and the Aspen International Comedy Festival, where in 2004 he was one of only three British acts invited to appear (the others, Eddie Izzard and Stewart Lee).

Tickets are still available at last count but Howlers at the Oak will sell-out with a line-up this good. Email info@howlerscomedyclub.com for a booking form. Tickets are £13.50 and are not available through our usual outlets.

The Howlers Comedy Club website contains all autumn dates and is currently being updated as the bookings come in so keep an eye on the listings. The December show on the 8th has already sold over 100 tickets so buy early to avoid missing out.

We hope you will continue to support Howlers Comedy Club over the next year and in return they promise to bring you the very best in stand-up comedy to our Cheltenham venues.
