Use of Cookies

The only cookie used on Explore Gloucestershire is for our Google Analytics.
Google collects a lot of data from every visit / visitor to your website but it does not store any personally identifiable information. The Data collected is for our own use to send ONLY 12 eNewsletters per year.
Explore Gloucestershire ONLY send ONE email per month.
The eNewsletter highlights events and topical news as well as information about current offers and the monthly competition.

Visitors who susbscribe are asked to OPT IN to receive Explore Gloucestershire's monthly enewsletters with the option to unsubscribe at any time via Mail Chimp. No subscribers will be contacted by telephone as we do not ask for this.
By entering the Monthly Competition there is an OPT IN TO RECEIVE THE MONTHLY eNEWSLETTER button. Explore Gloucestershire will only use details to send a single eNewsletter by email once a month. Entrants will NEVER be contacted by telephone unless they are a competition winner and we can not make contact via email (we want the winners to receive their prize!).

NB: The Age and Location fields are solely used for Explore Gloucestershire's demographic marketing purposes only.

Unsubscribe Option: Entrants to the monthly competitions always have the option to unsubscribe from the database at any time through Mailchimp.

Competition entrants are also given the option to subscribe through an OPT IN option to receive Email Communication from the third party prize providers. The Prize Providers DO NOT have telephone numbers with Data provided by Explore Gloucestershire. We only provide: Name, Address, Location, Age and Email Address.
