Cheltenham Lido Aquathlon

Take on the ultimate fitness challenge at Cheltenham Lido with the Hazlewoods Aquathlon 2025, a thrilling swim/run event designed for all abilities, while raising vital funds for Sandford Parks Lido. Competitors aged 15+ can choose from three distances, all starting with a swim in the heated main pool followed by a flat run through Sandford Park, combining pavement and grass routes.
Race Distances & Start Times:
- Sprint Distance Aquathlon – 500m Swim & 2.5km Run – 8:45am Start (Ages 15+)
- Standard Distance Aquathlon – 1,000m Swim & 5km Run – 8:15am Start (Ages 17+)
- Long Distance Aquathlon – 2,000m Swim & 10km Run – 7:30am Start (Ages 17+)
To participate, athletes must hold a British Triathlon race licence. Competitors can either become a Core or Ultimate annual member via British Triathlon or purchase a single-use Race Pass. Race Passes cost £2 for participants under 24 and £8 for those aged 24 and above.
