Christmas Day Plunge for Your Lido – 2025
Take the plunge this Christmas Day and make a splash for a great cause at Cheltenham Lido’s annual festive swim! Sponsored by Blue Horizons, this traditional Christmas morning event invites brave participants to dive into the icy waters in support of their beloved lido.
Gates open at 10:45am (with queuing from 10:30am), and the plunge begins promptly at 11am. The site will close at 12 noon. Swimmers must be aged 16 and over, and are reminded that the water will be very cold! Spectators are warmly welcome to cheer on the hardy swimmers as they take on this festive challenge.
Participants can choose a one-width or two-width plunge.
