This oddball romantic comedy follows Nathan Detroit, a gambler desperate to fund the biggest craps game in town while dodging the authorities. Meanwhile, his long-suffering fiancée, Adelaide, a nightclub performer, grows weary of their 14-year engagement. Enter suave fellow gambler Sky Masterson, who accepts a high-stakes bet that takes him from Times Square to Havana, pursuing the straight-laced missionary Sarah Brown.
With dazzling settings, unforgettable characters, and a brassy, immortal score, Guys and Dolls is a feel-good musical packed with charm, comedy, and classic tunes.
This amateur production is presented by The Cotswold Savoyards in arrangement with Music Theatre International.
