Easter Egg Hunt at Clearwell Caves

Saturday 28 March – Sunday 12 April 2026

This Easter, little explorers are invited to embark on an enchanting egg hunt through the magical depths of Clearwell Caves in the Forest of Dean.

Hop underground and join the adventure as woodland birds hide their nests of colourful eggs throughout the winding tunnels. Some are tucked away in plain sight, while others are cleverly concealed for keen-eyed adventurers to discover among the rocks and passageways.

Families are invited to explore the caves and count the hidden eggs for the chance to win egg-cellent goodies from the Clearwell Caves Gift Shop in the Easter prize draw.

The egg hunt is included with the usual cave entry from 28 March to 12 April, and the caves will be open as normal over Easter for visitors to enjoy.
