A Musical Evening at Sudeley Castle: The Chapel Series Begins
On Sunday 21 September 2025, music lovers are invited to Sudeley Castle for an enchanting evening in the historic Chapel. This intimate concert marks the beginning of a three-part series, presented by The Garage at Chatham (GAC) in collaboration with Sudeley Castle.
Guests may arrive from 3:30pm to enjoy the surroundings, with the performance beginning at 4:00pm. Admission is free, with a suggested donation of £20, and the 80-minute programme will be followed by drinks in the castle’s magical setting.
The evening promises a captivating selection of works by Amy Beach, Henri Duparc, Gabriel Fauré, Joseph Haydn, and Richard Wagner, including the Wesendonck Lieder and the Liebestod from Tristan und Isolde.
This performance is the first in a unique series of concerts at Sudeley Castle, with future events taking place in the Orangery on 29 March 2026 and the Library on 12 April 2026.
