Art Courses at Nature in Art - Creative Fabric Collage

Nature in Art at Wallsworth Hall is the world's first museum and art gallery dedicated to art inspired by nature. They run creative art courses throughout the year.
Join textile artist Anne Ward for a calming day of mindful collage stitching. Using fabric scraps, threads, trims, buttons and beads, participants will create a small fabric collage for a greetings card or as a piece of textile art.
Simple stitches will be taught, with guidance on embellishing designs. The project is designed to support mindfulness and can easily be continued at home in short creative moments. Attendees are encouraged to source scraps from friends and family rather than buying new materials.
The tutor will provide the required materials for course participants. The cost per person will be £7, to be paid to the tutor on the day of the course.
