Nature in Art at Wallsworth Hall is the world's first museum and art gallery dedicated to art inspired by nature. They run creative art courses throughout the year.
Create beautiful resin accessories inspired by the gardens at Nature in Art on this full-day workshop with tutor Emma Byrne. Participants will learn how to embed dried botanicals into vegan, non-toxic resin to produce coasters and a selection of delicate jewellery or keepsakes.
The morning focuses on working with epoxy resin to make coasters, while the afternoon explores UV-cured resin to create up to three accessories such as earrings, pendant, ring, cufflinks, brooch, bookmark, keyring or hair grips. Participants will also learn how to demould and finish their pieces before taking them home.
All materials are provided. A £20 materials fee is payable on the day, with an optional additional £5 for an extra set.
