Nature in Art at Wallsworth Hall is the world's first museum and art gallery dedicated to art inspired by nature. They run creative art courses throughout the year.
Discover the creative potential of oil pastels on this engaging one-day workshop with artist Jackie Cox at Nature in Art. Participants will explore a range of techniques including resist, scratching back, layering and blending, while experimenting on different papers to achieve varied effects.
In the afternoon, participants will use these skills to create a finished artwork, gaining confidence in working purely with oil pastels or incorporating
them into mixed media.
Materials are supplied by Jackie Cox for a £5 fee payable in cash.
