Sunrise Swim at Cheltenham Lido

Hazlewoods Sunrise Swim returns to Cheltenham Lido in Cheltenham on Sunday 21 June 2026, celebrating the Summer Solstice with the earliest swim of the year.
Gates open at 4.15am, with swimming available as the sun rises on the longest day of the year. The session finishes at 7.00am, creating one of the most picturesque and unique outdoor swimming experiences in Gloucestershire.
Family and friends are welcome to come along and share the atmosphere poolside, making it a memorable early-morning outing as well as a special Cheltenham swim event.
