Dracula comes to Everyman Theatre Cheltenham in a thrilling stage adaptation of Bram Stoker’s timeless gothic classic.
Set in 1897, the story unfolds as mankind stands on the edge of technological change, scientific discovery and media innovation. Yet beneath the promise of a new world, an ancient fear begins to rise.
As a dark shadow falls over England, a small group led by Professor Van Helsing is drawn into an epic struggle for survival, from London and provincial England to the mountainous wastes of Transylvania.
Adapted by Nick Lane, this atmospheric production from Blackeyed Theatre blends Victorian Gothic with contemporary theatrical style, featuring powerful performances, innovative design and a haunting soundscape.
