Come From Away comes to Everyman Theatre Cheltenham with its uplifting story of kindness, community and connection.
Based on the true story of the isolated community of Gander, Newfoundland, this moving musical follows the extraordinary events of 11 September 2001, when 38 planes carrying thousands of passengers were diverted to the town’s airstrip.
As cultures, languages and lives collide, the people of Gander welcome the stranded travellers with music, generosity and warmth, reminding audiences that everyone is part of a global family.
This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International.
