Summer Jam 2026: The Lakefest Warmup at The Brewery Quarter

Summer Jam: The Lakefest Warmup returns to The Brewery Quarter Cheltenham from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 June 2026, bringing three days of free live music, comedy, magic, family entertainment and festival fun to the heart of Cheltenham.
Arriving a month earlier than usual, this lively summer event is set to kickstart festival season in style, with a packed weekend of entertainment for all ages.
Friday evening opens with soulful sounds from Kytana and Flynn, followed by feel-good classic and contemporary pop and rock from the Mark Walby Band.
On Saturday, visitors can enjoy the Road to Lakefest Grand Finale, where six bands compete for the chance to perform on the main stage at Lakefest. The day also includes comedy, magic and juggling from Matt Barnard and Gareth Jones, also known as Cling Film Guy.
Saturday evening continues with live music from Loz Apperley, followed by Cheltenham beatboxing favourites Duke Official, featuring Ed and Flynn. The night ends with DJ Shippers and Friends hosting a silent disco experience.
Sunday brings a family-friendly programme from 1pm to 8pm, including performances from Cheltenham Rock Choir, Variations Dance Academy and local groups, plus children’s entertainment with magician Phil from Cotswold Children’s Parties.
Live music continues with Adam Cross, Emzy Music and Tate Note, before dynamic beatbox band Hive close the weekend with an energetic mix of house, hip hop, garage and dance mashups.
Families can also enjoy free arts and crafts sessions with Spare Room Arts on Saturday and Sunday.
Visitors will have the chance to buy tickets and merchandise for Lakefest, taking place at Eastnor Castle from Wednesday 5 to Sunday 9 August 2026, with headline performances from Madness, The Charlatans, Example and Bananarama.
