Spell School at The Dean Heritage Centre
Monday 26 October 2026
Step into a world of spells, stories and magical mixtures at Dean Heritage Centre this October half term.
During the imaginative Potion Making Workshop, children will create their own colourful potions using safe, non-toxic ingredients, with guidance throughout the activity.
Young witches and wizards will sing a themed song, join in with a magical poem and spell and use a pestle and mortar as part of their potion-making adventure. They will then create colourful potions using water and food colouring before finishing the session with a short magical story.
Playful, creative and full of imagination, the workshop is a lovely Halloween activity for children who enjoy witches, wizards, stories and a little bit of magic.
