Christmas Afternoon Tea at Cheltenham Lido
Friday 18 December 2026
Cheltenham Lido welcomes visitors to its annual Christmas Get-Together, an afternoon of warming drinks, delicious sweet treats and festive cheer, raising vital funds for the much-loved Cheltenham attraction.
Taking place on Friday 18 December 2026 from 1pm to 3.15pm, this seasonal gathering offers a chance for regular swimmers, familiar faces and new visitors to catch up with the Lido community in the run-up to Christmas.
Entry to the site is free, with donations welcome during the afternoon to help support Cheltenham Lido. Standard rates apply for those enjoying a cold-water swim.
The gathering is also the final opportunity to shop for Cheltenham Lido merchandise before Christmas, with gifts for the Lido lover in the family. Merchandise is available on a first come, first served basis, and styles and sizes may be limited.
Donations of cakes, cookies, brownies, mince pies and other sweet treats are warmly welcomed, whether homemade or shop-bought. Anyone wishing to contribute can email amy@cheltenhamlido.co.uk to let the team know what they plan to bring.
No booking is required for this festive afternoon of Christmas shopping, community spirit and fundraising.
