Thinking about trying cold-water swimming? Cold Water Group Inductions at Cheltenham Lido offer a supportive introduction, helping swimmers understand what to expect before entering the water.
Led by Laura, a Lido regular and qualified Open Water Coach, the sessions cover preparing for a cold-water swim and practising a safe, gradual entry, with guidance and encouragement throughout.
An experienced cold-water swimmer with additional training in running cold-water sessions, Laura aims to give participants the information, support and confidence to make the most of their winter swims.
