Easter Adventures Await at Far Peak – The Cotswolds’ Climbing and Outdoor Activity Centre
Far Peak Climbing near Northleach is the perfect place for families and outdoor adventurers to enjoy an exciting day out in the Cotswolds throughout the Easter Holidays.
The award-winning climbing and activity centre is open daily, offering fun and challenges for all ages – whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned climber.
From scaling the 12-metre Climbing Tower to exploring the woodland Low Ropes Course, and diving into the thrilling Caving Zone, there’s something for everyone at Far Peak.
The facilities are designed to be inclusive, welcoming individuals, families, school groups, and community bookings.

Outdoors, the Climbing Tower features 22 lines with over 70 routes, Auto Belays, top rope and lead anchors, plus floodlit evening access (weather permitting).
Indoors, visitors can enjoy 12 climbing lines and a state-of-the-art bouldering wall, a fully enclosed bouldering cave, and a high-tech MOONBOARD for training.
For younger climbers, the Kids Castle Climbing Area is perfect for children aged 3+, with multi-level climbing fun and tunnels to explore. For an underground adventure, the Caving Zone provides a safe but exciting challenge for ages 5–14, complete with LED lighting, hidden tunnels, and a ball pit.

The popular Low Ropes Course winds through four acres of woodland and includes monkey swings, zip lines, rope bridges, and balance beams.
Suitable from age 3 upwards, it’s perfect for active outdoor fun, with tickets available on the day for just £8.50.

For those looking to explore further, Cotswolds Bike Hire is available on site with easy access to scenic routes and peaceful cycling trails, perfect for discovering the surrounding countryside.

After a day of climbing, exploring or cycling, visitors can relax at The Hayloft Café, serving fresh coffee, pastries, snacks, and ice cream.
Or enjoy brunch at The Old Smokery, offering a delicious seasonal menu made with locally sourced ingredients.
