Dinorific Half Term at Birdland Park & Gardens: Family Days Out in the Cotswolds this May Half Term
Birdland Park & Gardens in Bourton-on-the-Water is set to welcome families for a thrilling Dinorific Half Term from 24 May to 1 June 2025, offering an action-packed programme of dinosaur-themed events, bird encounters, and family attractions.
Taking centre stage this May Half Term is the park’s Jurassic Journey, a woodland trail filled with life-sized dinosaurs. Highlights of the week include appearances by The Fossil Dude (24–25 May and 31 May–1 June), exciting live dinosaur encounters with Rentadinosaur (28–29 May), and a special after-hours screening of The Friendly Dinosaur on 30–31 May.
Birdland is home to over 500 birds, including England’s only breeding group of King Penguins, flamingos, pelicans, hornbills, and colourful parrots. The attraction also features the Out of Africa area, Pandemonium of Parrots, and the Parliament of Owls, alongside riverside habitats and over 50 aviaries.
New for 2025, families can enjoy refreshments at the Nest Kitchen and Café, and children can experience the brand-new Double Zip-line.
