Cotswold Wildlife Park Named UK’s Best Zoo Again in 2025
Cotswold Wildlife Park Crowned ‘Best Zoo in the UK’ for the Second Year Running
Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens is proud to announce it has once again claimed the title of ‘Best Zoo in the UK’, following a nationwide poll conducted by Outdoor Toys. Recognised for affordability, family-friendly facilities, and its diverse range of over 260 animal species, the much-loved attraction topped the list with an impressive 8.71/10 score.
The poll factored in admission prices, visitor reviews, zoo popularity, and species diversity – key indicators that reflect the experience for families. Highlights for many guests include the rhinos grazing in front of the Manor House, the playful lemurs of Madagascar, and the Park’s scenic, spacious layout set in beautiful Cotswold countryside.
Managing Director Reggie Heyworth shared:
“To receive this ‘Best Zoo in the UK’ accolade two years in a row is amazing. Everybody here is delighted at the news, especially as Outdoor Toys are completely independent and their analysis includes really vital indicators such as visitor reviews and admission prices. This latest recognition adds to a growing list of accolades for the Oxfordshire-based Cotswold Wildlife Park, including:
Muddy Stilettos ‘Best Family Attraction’, Little Ankle Biters’ Awards, and Red Kite Days’ Best Animal Attraction – all public-voted.
