Cotswold Wildlife Park Skymaze playground reopens for Easter
Cotswold Wildlife Park unveils brand new Skymaze adventure playground in time for Easter
Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens has reopened its much-loved Skymaze adventure playground following a complete rebuild, just in time for the Easter holidays. The hugely popular attraction has been fully modernised, offering an exciting new experience for families visiting the Park this spring.
Set within the Park’s beautiful grounds, the redesigned Skymaze now spans three levels of interconnected wooden treehouses. Children can explore rope bridges, crawl tunnels, slides and climbing features, including a brand new “Wonky Walkway”, all designed to encourage adventure, imagination and active play.
The project marks the biggest investment ever made in the Park’s playground facilities. Built using advanced materials including durable Robinia wood, the new structure has been designed to last longer and provide a safer, more immersive experience for younger visitors.
The original Skymaze, which stood for over a decade, was rebuilt from the ground up during the winter months. More than 600 individual timber components and 120 structural poles now form the impressive new playground, with a viewing platform reaching over 20 feet high offering a unique perspective across the Park.
The reopening coincides with the Park’s 56th anniversary, making it an ideal time for families to visit and enjoy everything the attraction has to offer this Easter.
