Free live jazz, funk and soul take over The Brewery Quarter this bank holiday weekend
The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham is bringing the energy of the Jazz Festival into the heart of the town this May bank holiday, with two afternoons of free live music and entertainment. As part of Cheltenham BID’s Around Town programme, the popular destination will transform into a vibrant open-air stage.
Taking place on Saturday 2 May and Sunday 3 May, visitors can enjoy a packed line-up of performances from 1:30pm through to early evening. From smooth jazz and soulful sounds to upbeat funk, the weekend promises a lively atmosphere perfect for relaxing, socialising and making the most of the long weekend.
Saturday’s line-up includes Josh Hicks, Jack Macs Funk Pack, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Easy 3, while Sunday features performances from The Cash Cows, i-Sing Choir, Bass12 and Stolen Chocolates, offering something for all musical tastes.
