Perfect for families looking for a free activity in Cheltenham, the self-guided trail takes visitors on a journey around the town centre, uncovering some of Cheltenham's best-known buildings, public art and historic landmarks along the way.
Using a printed trail map, children can put their observation skills to the test by answering a series of fun questions as they explore. From spotting lions on rooftops to counting horses at Neptune's Fountain, every stop offers something new to discover.
Pick Up Your Free Trail Map
The trail map can be downloaded before your visit or collected free of charge from the Cheltenham Tourist Information Centre at Cheltenham Town Hall, open Monday to Saturday from 10am until 4pm.
Once the trail has been completed, simply return the quiz sheet to the Tourist Information Centre where young explorers will receive a small prize.
Fun Questions Along the Way
Families will visit some of Cheltenham's most recognisable locations while searching for the answers to questions including:
- How many lions can you spot above the entrance to The Ivy?
- How many horses are there at Neptune's Fountain?
