Free Family Summer Events at The Brewery Quarter This August
Families looking for things to do in Cheltenham this summer can enjoy free events and a host of special Summer Savings at The Brewery Quarter, with adventure, creativity, much-loved children's characters and money-saving offers throughout the school holidays.
Taking place throughout August, The Brewery Quarter's summer programme combines two free family events with a range of offers across its restaurants and leisure venues, helping families enjoy more for less during the school holidays.
Whether you're climbing to new heights, creating your own street art masterpiece, joining Chase, Marshall and Skye for a prehistoric adventure or making the most of savings on films, meals and family activities, there's plenty to enjoy this summer.
Climb & Create – Friday 14 August
Adventure and creativity come together for an exciting day aimed primarily at older children and teenagers, although younger climbers aged five and above are also welcome to take part.
From midday until 4pm, visitors can challenge themselves on a spectacular climbing tower hosted by 270 Climbing, with experienced instructors helping participants safely reach new heights and build confidence.
Earlier in the day, from 10am until 4pm, acclaimed Cheltenham street artist Andy 'Dice' Davies will host free spray art workshops, teaching stencil techniques before helping young artists create their own colourful design on a recycled vinyl record to take home as a unique keepsake.
It's the perfect opportunity for older children to try something different during the summer holidays, combining outdoor adventure with creative fun in Cheltenham.

PAW Patrol & Dino Adventure – Saturday 22 August
The fun continues the following week as Chase, Marshall and Skye arrive at The Brewery Quarter for a roar-some day of family entertainment celebrating the release of PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, showing at Cineworld Cheltenham from 6 August.
Four free live shows will take place throughout the day at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm, giving families the chance to watch Adventure Bay's favourite rescue pups attempt to tame a giant T-Rex.
Packed with laughs, excitement and plenty of photo opportunities, the event promises to be a popular family day out this summer, especially for preschool and primary-aged children.

Summer Savings Across The Brewery Quarter
Families can make their day out go even further this summer, with a range of special offers and savings available across The Brewery Quarter's restaurants and leisure venues during the school holidays.
Cineworld's Great British Summer Savings includes reduced VAT on eligible child and family tickets until 1 September, while Movies for Juniors offers selected family films for just £1.75 for children and £2 for adults.
There are savings on eating out too. PizzaExpress is offering SuperKids Eat Free, with children receiving a free three-course Piccolo meal with every adult main purchased, while teenagers can take advantage of the MegaTeen Saver, with a Classic pizza and drink for £12.
Prezzo's Kids Pass costs £1.99 per month and allows children to eat free with every adult main, while Cosy Club is taking part in the Great British Summer Savings initiative, with VAT reduced to 5% on children's meals, kids' meals including a drink, and brunch served until 4pm every day.
For family activities, Mr Mulligan's Lost World Golf is offering a Summer Pass giving families of up to four unlimited adventure golf for six weeks for just £29.
Hollywood Bowl is offering 50% off bowling during selected sessions, while Escape Hunt is giving customers 10% off escape room bookings made before midday with its Early Bird offer.
Older children and teenagers can also join in the fun at Flight Club, with dedicated Family Socials offering the chance to enjoy its fast-paced Social Darts experience.
Make a Day of It at The Brewery Quarter
With free entertainment alongside savings on cinema trips, eating out and family activities, there are plenty of ways to enjoy an affordable summer day out at The Brewery Quarter.
Visitors can spend the day exploring everything on offer, including Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl, Mr Mulligans Adventure Golf, Little Centurions soft play, family-friendly restaurants, cafés and shopping.
As some activities and free event sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, families are encouraged to arrive early and make the most of everything on offer.
