The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham has unveiled a packed programme of live entertainment for autumn and winter 2026 and spring 2027, with West End productions, gripping dramas, hit musicals and family favourites all heading to Gloucestershire
The Everyman Theatre's new season brings some of the biggest names and best-loved productions to Cheltenham, with stars including Claire Sweeney, Joe McFadden, Charlie Brooks, Darren Day, Giovanna Fletcher and Kevin Clifton taking to the stage. Here are 11 highlights to look forward to over the coming months.
Annie – Tue 6 – Sun 11 Oct 2026
The hugely popular West End production of Annie, the world's favourite family musical, arrives at The Everyman Theatre this October, starring actor, singer and presenter Claire Sweeney as Miss Hannigan. Paranormal Activity – Tue 13 – Sat 17 Oct 2026
Inspired by the hugely popular film series, Paranormal Activity brings its thrilling West End production to Cheltenham. James and Lou move from Chicago to London to escape their past, but quickly discover that it's not the places they visit that are haunted, but the people they encounter. Gloucestershire's biggest annual pantomime returns with family favourite Cinderella. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time – Tue 19 – Sat 23 Jan 2027
The critically acclaimed stage adaptation of the internationally celebrated novel comes to Cheltenham starring Joe McFadden and Charlie Brooks. Inventive, gripping and moving, the story follows Chris Boone, who has a brilliant mind for numbers but is unsettled by the unpredictability of people and everyday life. Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the iconic British film, The Full Monty returns to the stage for a major national tour.
