Cinderella Brings Panto Magic to The Everyman Theatre Cheltenham

Cinderella the Panto Cheltenham Everyman Theatre

Polish your pumpkins and grab your glass slippers as Cinderella brings festive magic, mischief and plenty of laughs to The Everyman Theatre Cheltenham this Christmas

The Everyman Theatre's much-loved annual pantomime returns from Fri 27 Nov 2026 – Sun 10 Jan 2027, with familiar faces, returning favourites and new performers joining the cast of Cinderella.

Audiences can expect catchy songs, laugh-out-loud moments and the signature mischief and mayhem that have helped make the Everyman's annual pantomime a festive tradition for families across Gloucestershire.

Tweedy Returns to The Everyman Pantomime

Gloucestershire favourite Tweedy returns to the Everyman stage as Cinderella's best friend, Buttons.

“I can't wait to get back on stage for more shenanigans at The Everyman's panto this year, playing the role of Buttons. Everyone knows the classic story of Cinderella, but we'll give it our signature twist with catchy tunes, silliness and lots of festive fun!”

Familiar Faces Join the Cinderella Cast

Returning Everyman favourites Kevin Brewis and Miles Western will play the infamous Ugly Sisters. Brewis most recently appeared as Dame Nursie in the theatre's 2025–26 production of Robin Hood, while Western played Abanazar in Aladdin during the 2024–25 season.

Dominic Treacy, who appeared as Kaleb in Mother Goose in 2023–24, returns to play the Prince's aide, Dandini.

Olivia Bella will make her Everyman Theatre debut in the title role of Cinderella.

Everyman's Panto Creative Team Returns

Behind the scenes, Sam Holmes and Nick Winston return to write and direct the production, continuing their involvement with every Everyman Theatre pantomime since 2019.

Ben Harrison returns as Sound Designer, Andrew Exeter as Set and Lighting Designer and Stewart J. Charlesworth as Costume Designer. All three have previously received nominations at the UK Pantomime Awards.

Mark Goucher, CEO of The Everyman Theatre, said:

“We're thrilled to welcome back some familiar faces from our past pantomimes, as well as our excellent creative team. We pride ourselves on creating a world-class live show that has become an annual festive tradition for many families across Gloucestershire. Cinderella is said to be the UK's favourite panto, and we're excited to put our special Everyman Theatre touch to it.”
