US links for Forest of Dean at Model Village
Did you know there is a Forest of Dean furnace in the USA? It’s part of the heritage of Forester iron workers who left for a life in America. To reflect the US links, the Forest Model Village have installed a new scene including an American model railway and buildings. The model trains run every day during opening hours.
